Goal: Wake up at 6am- Week 2

Week 2)
Start waking up at 6:40am

The first day on week 2 is when I actually make the effort to wake up earlier. This starts with an extra twenty minutes today.

I should probably define the rules in my head better because while I wasn't technically *up* at 6:40am, I at least made sure I was awake. I was comfy and I spent five minutes of that time giving attention to Zoey. She's been sullen the days after she lost a brother and gained an annoying little sister, so it's nice to have to time to bond when she actually wants attention.

So that left an extra 15 minutes for me (which I spent writing this blog. Yeah me.) Hopefully, I can keep this up tomorrow.
