Week 1)
Write down a list the things I want to do with the extra time. Copy it down every night before bed.
These are my motivations. I know the reasons why I want to complete this goal. By writing them down, I can see these reasons visually and I can post them around my place as visual cues. Repetition will help keep my mind on the task at hand.
That's the theory anyway.

- Meditate
- Enjoy a cup of coffee
- Cook breakfast
- Write in a journal or read a book
- Do weight exercises
- Leave on time
- Clean or straighten up
- Play with the cats
