Goals

Well, here's an update on waking up earlier:

I did ok and managed to wake up no later than 6:30am. This still led me a good amount of time to do a bit of exercise, shower, internet, breakfast and all that rolled up until I left for work.

That is-- until this past weekend.

Day light savings really made me more tired than it usually does. And with a busy schedule lately, I'm back to square one.

But there's hope that I can get back it quickly. I've done it once I can do it again.

I'm currently working on 2) Running 2-3 times a week by starting up my C25K (couch to 5K) again. Today will be Week 2 Day 2.

The hardest part of this will be motivation. It's currently nice out at the most (in the 60's!!!) but that could all change next week. I need to either 1) find someone with similar goals to help motivate when I feel unmotivated or 2) Set a finish line

Either one is harder than it looks.
